The Langridge 19th Century Pigment Set is a collection Master Paintmaker David Coles’ personal selection of artists’ pigments created between 1800 and 1899.
These colours were a sensation when first released and were rapidly adopted by the impressionist painters who used the to dazzling effect and are still widely used by artists today.
The set contains 8 x 30ml jars of high-specification pigments including Cadmium Yellow, Cadmium Orange, Cadmium Red, Cobalt Violet Pale, Manganese Violet, Ultramarine Blue, Cobalt Blue, Cobalt Green Light.
