GOLDEN has added new caps to their 2 and 5oz GOLDEN Acrylic tubes and although they have been a great improvement, acrylic colors can act as a glue between caps and tubes making it difficult for artists to remove the caps even with the new design. Additionally, people with diminished manual dexterity or strength find the small caps on most paint tubes difficult or even painful to work with.
Our strong and flexible ABS plastic tube opener makes it easy to quickly remove fouled caps. It works with both new and old 2 and 5oz tube cap designs as well as small acrylic tubes such as Williamsburg Oil tubes, QoR Watercolor tubes, and similarly sized competitive paint tube caps.
